Horrible customer service experience.

I called to have a document notarized and was told it was $5 a page. Once I got there, they took a copy of my license, asked me to sign and then told me they could notarize my documents for $10 a page to which I objected. Their explanation was that the person who initially received me is subletting from the business owner and can only assist me if the owner is occupied. I refuse to pay nearly twice as much for something I called in advance and obtained a quote for especially when you try to trick me out my hard earned money by asking me to sign and then deciding to alter the price. Now I have to waste my time going back to my office to reprint the documents and have them notarized by someone else who is actually capable of getting something so simple done.
