I went to Daniel Ahart last year about a problem with identity theft. It was after tax season. They are open year round so this was very helpful. Leo has helped me every time. He is very knowledgeable, organized, patient and can explain what to do next. After several years of getting my taxes done with a free service, I decided to go to Daniel Ahart Cumming location for my 2023 taxes. I'm not one of those people who lets you comment, but you can see it because I've been doing my taxes for about 10 years. I used to drive an hour and 30 minutes to get my taxes done with them, that's how much I trust them and now they also offer online services, which is a lot of help for my. I have nothing bad to say, they always answer my questions and respond quickly and it is also very easy to contact them, I highly recommend them.

Leo and his staff went above and beyond helping me with an unusual tax situation this year. He fit me into his schedule at a very busy time of the year, and he helped me to figure out how to present our unusual situation, filing my return with the least amount of stress. Never been here but selected it based on tax services in area and reviews I read. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have the experience of other reviews. I set an appointment for Wednesday on Sunday evening. Even received several reminders via email for the appointment leading up to it (today). I rushed out of work early to make it on time. The location is closed and lights are off. It's 4:00pm. I have no problem if the location had to close for any reason but it would've been great to receive a call or email telling me my appointment was cancelled or unavailable. Guess I'll have to try my luck elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. They were pleasant, thorough, and knowledgeable. True experts as well as good, kind people. They took as much time as needed to help me navigate a couple complicated tax issues, explained everything to me along the way, and made sure I received my maximum refund. They filed and completed 2 years of tax returns and charged less than what 1 year would have costed me to file at H&R Block and the likes. Highly recommend!

Leo has been an amazing Tax professional for me and my family. His knowledge, patience and willingness to go above and beyond for his clients shows in everything he does. I found Leo through my wife. I had previously been working with a large chain tax company and was very upset after my last session with them. She said "you need to use my tax guy". Next tax season I decided to go see Leo. First, Leo always greets with a smile and genuine warmth. He asks questions, cares about your answers and actively listens. Taxes can be stressful but he flows through his process in a way that is less "jargon" and more of sharing and understanding. Your eyes won't glaze over, you'll understand what he's explaining to you and if you don't he'll review the steps. Needless to say my experience with Leo has been a joy (yes I said that about taxes) from day one and I've been with him over three years now. When I established a business Leo helped explain the tax processes to me. When I fell on hard times Leo was there to help guide me through and understand my filing process during those times. Leo, his wife Karen and the rest of their staff have been very good to my family. They treat all their clients with the utmost respect and professionalism.
